I wonder if Archbishop Listecki would ever consider doing this at St. Stans, even if just a one time event. I know he did confirmations there, but did he offer the mass too?
James, in this state basically you have Bp. Morlino and everybody else. That's not to say the other bishops are opposed, but they also aren't going to celebrate their own TLM any time soon. However, I would not be surprised to see Bp. Hying do something like this. But Bp Sample did not put this together himself. A parish would have to come to the bishop and be willing to do the leg work and find someone for training. If it happens, I'll be there with my camera.
