Cardinal Raymond Leo Burke, the former bishop of La Crosse who now serves as chief justice of the Vatican supreme court, will speak at a fundraising dinner for a small Catholic school in Waukesha County in December.
Trinity Academy said Burke — who is much loved by traditionalist Catholics, but appears to be out of sync with Pope Francis — will speak on education as a means of cultural transformation Dec. 4 at the Country Springs Hotel in Waukesha.
