Janus seems equally passionate about his current project, an oral history of agriculture in Wisconsin, an offshoot of his successful 2011 book for the Wisconsin Historical Society Press, “Creating Dairyland.” Janus has cast a wide net for this new project, and he recently interviewed Cardinal Raymond Burke, who grew up on a Wisconsin dairy farm. His interviews will be archived by the historical society, and Janus hopes to publish them as an e-book. More information is available atthepeopleremember.org. No real surprise — given Janus’ eclectic job history — he was once a dairy farmer himself. He ranks it as his best job ever, just head of driving a bus in Chicago.
Therefore, brethren, stand fast; and hold the traditions which you have learned, whether by word, or by our epistle. 2 Thes 2:15
