Marshfield Columbus Catholic High School gets upgrade with new million dollar science labs

Students at Columbus Catholic High School can now practice their science skills in brand new labs.

The school next week will celebrate the addition of two science labs on the south end of the building: one dedicated to chemistry and physics, the other to biology and physiology.

The new labs cost nearly $1 million and were funded entirely by donations from private donors and local businesses, according to Eaton.

The primary donors were Ken and Joellen Heiman, for whom the labs are named....
An open house to dedicate the labs is scheduled at 2 p.m. Oct. 27 at Columbus High School, 710 S. Columbus Ave. Bishop William Patrick Callahan of the Diocese of La Crosse will be present to dedicate the building.
