FSPA president Sister Marlene Weisenbeck of La Crosse[FSPA], a signatory of the NETWORK letter, is president of the LCWR, which represents a percentage of U.S. women religious. Other signatories included members of the leadership team of the Stevens Point-based Sisters of St. Joseph of the Third Order St. Francis (SSJ-TOSF)The Catholic Times
NETWORK’s statement flatly contradicted the bishops’ claim that the Senate version of the bill provides taxpayer dollars for abortions, calling it “false,” and asked congressional representatives to “cast a life-affirming ‘yes’ vote” on the legislation. NETWORK joined the Catholic Health Association (CHA), which represents Catholic hospitals, in breaking with the bishops and publicly supporting the legislation.
“Health care at the expense of lives of the unborn is not social justice,” read the Diocese of La Crosse’s response, which was posted to the diocesan Web site March 19. “Statements from individuals and groups such as Network directly undermine the tireless work of the U.S. bishops and the pro-life faithful in America and in the Diocese of La Crosse, and sow confusion about the truth of the matter and about who speaks for the Church.”
I went back to look and here is a list of more pro-abortion nuns in the La Crosse diocese.
The Leadership Team of the Sisters of St. Joseph of the Third Order of St. Francis
Sister Jane Blabolil
Sister Michelle Wronkowski
Sister Dorothy Pagosa
Sister Linda Szocik
The sisters email addresses are not listed on their website. But there are some nice pictures.
Gee, that's nice of Fr. Bosse to help...
This got me to thinking, I am going to go through that whole list and find out how many are from Wisconsin... There seems to be quite a few.

Archbishop Burke's full comments from IRL meeting.

Where these "compassionate" women are getting it wrong is that they are concerned about what they see, the natural, the physical, a baby who isn't born yet, is not one obvious to them who is also in need of their assistance. If they did what they are supposed to be doing, they would try to see things from God's perspective, not from their imperfect station in life as mere human beings, and be able to grasp the fact that what they are doing, goes beyond hurting women when they accept and/or condone human butchering in the womb, they are destroying society, warring against the Church, and in affect, these deaths are attributed to them murdering the very Jesus Christ they swore to serve. Whatever you do to the least of these you do unto me, and several other verses in the New Testament are very serious warnings that they have foolishly disregarded. Their faith is misplaced, it is in themselves and in the systems of this world.
There will one day be a separation of the sheep and the goats, and if they can't do right for love of their Lord, I pray that they change their wicked ways for fear of damnation and hellfire. And Peggy Noonan and other "journalists" who write on Catholic themes might do themselves a favor and get the same clue. They won't be here forever, and they will face their Maker when their time here is done. God is going to say to many who claim to serve in the name of Jesus, "depart from me you worker of iniquity, I never knew you."
Agreed. "Social Justice" has almost become a misnomer like "Spirit of Vatican II." Our only weapon is prayer and penance.
I'm sorry, but this is disgusting, and "pace" your post on Archbishop Burke's take on this...a scandal.
Jesus, mercy!
Good idea. ... "pace"?
Sorry...wrong word.
Not "pace"...should be "regarding"...Thanks for the correction!:<)!
