Bah. Wasn't that bad here in Madtown, and according to reports we got about the same. My DH got off work at 11 last night, and we drove home through the heart of the storm. He was praying the Rosary and I was focusing on getting through drifts that were half as tall as our little toyota. It was rather thrilling, actually. Stupid, but thrilling.
While watching the Badger game last night the crowd erupted into applause as the scoreboard showed that all classes were canceled tomorrow(today). I know what you mean Kat, unlike a flood, the big snow cleans up nice and makes for some "thrilling" driving... hahaha.
It was crazy downtown after the game. Snow coming in sideways, cars stuck on hills, drunk people blown into snowdrifts...only in Madison.
