What?

So I visited a sight that is under interdict.... Let's just say we never got out out of the vehicle.

So does anyone know if they are building a church?  It looks like there is a foundation laid for something....

Some background...

OMIGOSH! I've never ever seen the place or even photos of it. Sure looks as if they are building a church. One of my brother's friends sold everything and moved there - I think he has a job with them - not sure.

I was first introduced to this place (though I've never been inside) about 8 years ago. Sadly, it's existence has and is tearing apart families to this day and, because I so love these families, I took a drive one day and encountered the same thing you did. I learned that this structure was meant to be their "House of Prayer," but it would seem that their funding and support for building it have dried up. Please... Please... PLEASE ask your readers to pray for the souls who are still SO deceived and for their families who are hurting SO much!

Not sure about their building a church, but I have run across their stuff once in a while. Very sad. What happenned at Necedah shows the difference between a real apparation like that of Sr. Adele Brise & this. Sr Adele was obedient to the Bishop, they aren't.

I remember when I first met my husband's aunt, she told me about the apparitions that had taken place at a site near her, and gave me a brochure and everything. A few months later I heard that there was a fake apparition site in Wisconsin and I was so incredibly worried that my aunt-in-law was one of those taken in, and for a while I was so afraid to say anything to her.

Luckily, I later found the brochure she had given me and discovered it was the apparition at the Champion shrine and was so incredibly relieved! But even that little experience made me realize how these sites like Necedah can be so terrible. They color everything around them with suspicion and skepticism.

Yes, they are building a church. Actually they call it a house of prayer. Been building it for awhile and then it just sat. They started again in the Fall, but I think money ran out. I live in Necedah, so this is why I know. Glad you stayed in the car. They believe, among other things, that at the end times, aliens will come and take them away. So, there has been sightings of UFO's over the town for many years.
