continue at Acts of the Apostasy…besides myself…is the vapid Youth “Praise & Worship” Mass.
So I was standing in line for confession this afternoon, when the Praise & Worship group started warming up. Bass guitar, drums, lounge-like keyboard… Then I remembered – they were the entertainment for the 4:30 PM Saturday Mass. As published in last week’s bulletin:
“In honor of World Youth Day next weekend, we are once again having rock music and praise songs at the 4:30 Mass next Saturday. We are expecting our Youth Group and many young people to attend…”
Oh yippee skippee. Rock music in the sanctuary.
The adventure of avoiding the vigil Mass warmups. Been there.
