Thirty-five people braved the bitter cold and a packed auditorium Monday night, Jan. 21 to urge the Barron County Board to continue its longstanding practice of praying at the start of its meetings. Following the public comment portion of the meeting, the County Board voted 27-0 to keep prayer on its agenda. Father Z will be hosting Knights of Divine Mercy in Cross Plains on Friday. Father Rick Heilman is out of town and Father Z has graciously offered to fill in. Father Z is at a conference in Tulsa, OK right now.

Badgers basketball. Not good enough to be good, not bad enough to be bad. We need to hit some shots. You know what it is though, guys get tired from playing tough defense and dont have the legs to hit shots. That's my theory.
