Out of the 46 states* (+ Washington DC) that reported to the CDC, New York's 2008 abortion rate places it at #1 on the list (#1 on the list is the state or district with the highest abortion rate and #47 is the state or district with the lowest).
*California, Delaware, Maryland, and New Hampshire did not report data.

A married Roman clergy? Arguably allowable, but is it practically sustainable? Where would a married priest's priorities be, to his parish or to his family? Can small parishes afford a priest & his family?
A Catholic can take different approaches to politics depending on his station in society while always holding to Catholic principles/morality. But certainly Catholic politicians don't always comply with Catholic teaching. Were they not properly taught, or do they just ignore what they know to be Catholic teaching? How should they be dealt with?
