Menomonee Falls parish called out online for ... questionable content

via Creative Minority Report:
The triumph of the destroying Spirit of Vatican II is neatly encapsulated in this neat little video from Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Menomonee Falls, WI.

As parody, it would be over the top. As reality, it is the synthesis of all banality. Everybody please tell me how things are getting better, please.
Note**Good Shepherd has made private the original video. Fortunately, there is another copy downloaded in anticipation of this happening.

UPDATE
There are other troubling things on their website as noticed by Matthew Balan

For their gay outreach, they make this statement. "This ministry works to help the LGBT community find and take it's rightful place within the Catholic community. "

What exactly is the rightful place of the LGBT community in the Church as it differs from the rightful place of any sinner?

And they link to Call To Action, a group where membership is grounds for excommunication in some places.

I have experienced Good Shepherd parish in Menomonee Falls. How wonderful to experience the Mass in a way and with a community which approaches Catholic Christianity as a lived reality and not as a museum piece as some prefer.

Even worse than a museum, some prefer Catholic Christianity to be a Church!

If they don't want to be Catholic, why not just admit it. Shameful!

Catholic support of abortion and THE PILL is and equal to those who are supporters . Got that ? Catholic parents are killers of their own children by chemical destruction and are happy with it ,Got that ! Totally ignored by those who are responsible for the safekeeping and delivery of the most precious gift of our Creator.......Got that ? Be afraid, be very afraid of Divine intervention that is sure to come ! Sooner or later . Got that ! I do !....Col.Jeremiah T. Cornpone

From the video, it appears to be cutlery museum, where one can see what the cutting edge was like in the 70s.

I'm just excited for Part II in which all 70 MINISTRIES will be "broken open more fully" for us...not that 70 ministries is the ideal number, or that it is better to have more or less than 70 ministries within your 'parish community', or that the number 70 makes the ministers any more or less valid than parish communities with 8 ministries...good, I'm glad we're all OK.

Why is this going on when Weakland left 12 years ago. First we had do nothing Dolan and now Listecki who seems to care less.

Wow. Lay people don't determine doctrine and if the church changed to fit everyone's wants/needs we wouldn't have anything authentic or sacred left. Sorry, people's "feelings" are not as important as Christ. To put yourself and neighbors ahead of God or on equal footing is wrong. Our Catholic doctrine is in place for a reason. To change it in the ways done here is to make it a Protestant church. It is a cheap knock-off that have people buying stuff that isn't real, has added things that are very harmful and their eternal souls are at risk. The ones to be afraid are those who recognize the blasphemies, still participate and/or do nothing to stop or call out those in charge and those who would lead people away from the true Catholic church. God help them.

Perhaps he meant '70 ministries.

Does the worship space have a basement?
