Filled With the Holy Spirit is the title of Archbishop Listecki's Synodal Declaration, available at our Archdiocese's website and to be
announced formally "during the 8 a.m. Sunday Mass from the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, Milwaukee."

"Focus on the sacrament of reconciliation through the, 'He is Waiting' initiative in the archdiocese."...... I do not know of that initiative, but I would be happy if the Synod legislated that every parish have at a minimum, a solid hour for confessions. 20-30 minutes before the Saturday Vigil Mass does not do it for most people.
"Through new, highly engaging resourcese, make teaching about the Mass - its structures, symbolism and meaning - a top priority in all parishes and school formation programs, children through adults.".........I would be happy if the priest simply followed the General Instruction to the Roman Missal.
Any mention about the Extradordianry Form? Was the word, the Magisterium used at all?

Disappointing to say the least!
Here's more on that He Is Waiting initiative.
He will be waiting a long time....given how little time is offered for confessions in most parishes in the archdiocese.
The website you linked to is filled with Weakland's people. It is not to be trusted.
