Good Help Shrine augments staff

CHAMPION - The National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help recently augmented its staff.

Jeff Koss was hired as operations manager, and Ashley Saxe joined the team as pilgrimage planner.

Koss previously had 25 years of operational management experience with his family’s manufacturing business. He and his wife, Jennifer, also founded Beatitudes, a retail gift shop that opened in Green Bay in 2012 and since was converted to an online venture.

Jeff Koss volunteered at the shrine for many years and has been a volunteer religious education teacher for several parishes in the Diocese of Green Bay. He also served as president of the parish council and school board at St. Mary Parish in Luxemburg.

Saxe also has considerable familiarity with the shrine. The lifelong visitor produced and directed a documentary about the history of the shrine in 2009.

She has worked on various independent video and writing projects.
