The Shrine Executive Director is a full-time position responsible for leading the strategic direction of the Shrine to fulfill the Mission and Vision of the Shrine consistent with those of the Diocese of Green Bay. All efforts must ensure the Shrine maintains a most welcoming environment open to all people of good will and meets the expectations of the pilgrims visiting this sacred Shrine. The Shrine Executive Director shall be the chief administrator of the Shrine. The Executive Director oversees the internal, day-to-day work of the Shrine, primarily through supervision of the Shrine Operations Manager, and serves as the principal point of contact to external organizations and entities.

Requires 8-12 years leadership and supervisory experience; knowledge of financial statements; and knowledge of strategic planning techniques
