It is the Austro-Hungarian Royal Coat of Arms. This image from Wiki Commons is 1000 x 630 but for printing one needs an even larger image. The heraldist was Hugo Gerhard Ströhl who died in 1919.

He didn't use it but if anyone wants it, send me and email and I'll give it to you for nuttin. Here's what it looks like. I can change the name to whatever you'd like.
