Adult Faith Formation Coordinator

This full-time position works under the direction of the Director of New Evangelization serving as the Diocesan Adult Faith Formation Coordinator; which will involve overseeing the adult faith formation strategic ministry plan and developing curriculum certification, workshops, and program standards for adult faith formation. In addition, it will involve assisting in implementing a marketing initiative and a five-year rolling strategic ministry plan as well as providing services for all parish adult faith formation personnel in the Diocese.
This position requires teaching experience and a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, M.A preferred, in Religious Studies or related field as well as a minimum of three years as a diocesan leader or five years as a parish leader or relevant ministerial experience. Knowledge of theology, scripture, and the educational methods and practices of adult faith formation is required. 
To be considered for this position, candidates must be a practicing Catholic, a member in good standing of a Catholic parish, and be single, ordained, a professed religious or in a sacramental marriage and have a strong faith commitment, dedicated to the Gospel values and living a life of prayer and service. Young Adult Ministry Discipleship and Formation Coordinator

This full-time position works under the direction of the Director of New Evangelization serving as Young Adult Ministry Discipleship and Formation Coordinator for the Diocese of Green Bay; which will involve developing a discipleship and formation strategy including opportunities for prayer, service, stewardship, outreach, retreats and social events for young adults aged 18-39 according to Roman Catholic Church teachings and the policies of the Diocese of Green Bay. In addition, it will involve implementing and updating a five year strategic ministry plan as well as providing services for all young adult ministry personnel in the Diocese.
This position requires young adult ministry experience and a bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred, in Religious Studies or related field as well as a minimum of three years as a diocesan leader or five years as a parish leader or relevant experience. Excellent technology and social media skills and an understanding of evangelization strategies related to young adults are a must. Knowledge of theology, scripture, and catechetical methods and practices is also required.
