Bob Uecker undergoes heart surgery

Bob Uecker, Brewers radio broadcaster for 40 years, will soon be undergoing heart surgery.  Please say a prayer for him.

On Wednesday, baseball legend Bob Uecker, 75, announced that he was going to be sidelined 10-12 weeks due to heart surgery.

One story Bob tells often is that one day in batting practice he caught a fly ball in a tuba he borrowed from a band that was setting up.  The team fined him $250 for his antics.

One wonders--he's 75--whether the Obama Death Panels would have authorized his operation.

LOL great point. You know, really it's not fair that he can afford to have his surgery. If all the poor cant have heart surgery at 75 then nobody should get to have heart surgery. That's the Obamican way!
