Some more (non-)details about Green Bay priest

A Menasha priest accused of abusing a minor served at a Green Bay parish in the late 1980s, an official from the Catholic Diocese of Green Bay said Wednesday.

The Rev. Paul J. Radetski, 62, began serving at SS. Peter & Paul Parish in Green Bay in 1988, said Ray DuBois, the diocese's director of communications.

Radetski is pastor of St. John's, St. Mary's and St. Patrick's parishes in Menasha, and denies the allegation. He has been removed from active ministry and placed on administrative leave.

Diocesan officials will not say
where Radetski was serving when the alleged abuse occurred.

A statement Saturday from the diocese said the alleged abuse occurred many years ago. It said a temporary administrator will be appointed shortly for the three Menasha parishes. The statement did not give details of the alleged abuse.

Menasha police said they have no record of any allegations against Radetski. Green Bay Police said it does not appear that the department ever received allegations involving to Radetski.

Online court records show no criminal filings against Radetski.

Radetski left for a parish outside Green Bay in 1989, DuBois said. Radetski then served at St. Mary Catholic Church in Peshtigo from 1992 to 1994, DuBois said.

Radetski previously served at parishes in Little Chute and Phlox, a rural Langlade County community, according to online records.

Like I said.

By the way, leaving comments on your site is a nightmare. I would change the format of your Blogspot comments. It's like it was built for Mac people or something.
