MN Rep. Bachmann giving keynote at March for Life dinner in DC

We are very pleased to announce that Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (MN-6) will be the keynote speaker at the 2011 Rose Dinner. The event will be held on January 24, 2011 in the Regency Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill, 400 New Jersey Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20001. The social hour will begin at 6:00 PM, followed by the Opening Prayer and Dinner at 7:00 PM.

Congresswoman Bachmann has distinguished herself as a pro-life leader in Congress, as attested to by her rating of 0 from the National Abortion Rights Action League (NARAL). First elected in 2006, Congresswoman Bachmann has developed a reputation as a "principled reformer" who stays true to her conservative beliefs while pushing for real reform of the broken ways of Washington.

Congresswoman Bachmann is a graduate of Anoka High School and Winona State University. Bachmann and her husband, Marcus, live in Stillwater where they own a small business mental health care practice that employs 42 people. The Bachmanns have five children, Lucas, Harrison, Elisa, Caroline, and Sophia. In addition, the Bachmanns have opened their home to 23 foster children, which has inspired Congresswoman Bachmann to become one of Congress’ leading advocates for foster and adopted children, earning her bipartisan praise for her efforts.
March for Life
She is the first Republican woman to represent MN in Congress.  She's Lutheran, but it would seem her star is rising.... maybe enough to challenge a certain fruitloop who could barely get elected despite Obama taking the state convincingly.
