Fanatic Friday: Synod Mission Statement edition

I had this in drafts and was going to make fun of parish mission statements, but with German Church Taxes all the talk, plus a large, public, global bureaucratic failure thus far (at least from a communications standpoint), I figured it was apropos.  Wouldn't it be fun to do this with a Catholic flavor.  Singing "synergieeeeeeeeeees" is perhaps something some Catholic circles do.
