With all due deference to Bishop Morlino. I was shocked and disappointed and frankly amazed at his comments regarding the protection of minors in the "Curial reform" segment.
His idea and belief that it should be left to "Friends" and "brother bishops" to hold each other accountable with the metropolitan being the point of contact is a heinous suggestion. That's what we had, that friendship and unquestioned fraternity is why we are talking about bishops accountability. God I hope, this man is never in charge of anything as relates to Protecting God's Children.
