The numerous observations about hostility to Catholic teaching and suppression of meaningful Catholic identity at Marquette University will probably come as no surprise. (As I've recalled before, even decades ago freshman Theology's two semesters had occasional asides by the prof about how a colleague had "proved the Holy Spirit does not exist".)
What was amazing was this.
"Instead of breaking up into small groups, the forum opted to work together as a single group."After all, in today's Church, it's one thing to deny the Holy Spirit, but to cast doubt on the indispensability of breaking into small groups...
