I'm reading President Bush's book Decision Points. I just started the chapter on September 11. It turns out that George H.W. Bush and Barbara Bush were flying on 9/11 and their plane was grounded in Wisconsin. They spent the night in a motel in Brookfield, WI. The president finally reached his parents by phone while he was on Air Force One en route to D.C. that night and asked what on earth they were doing in Wisconsin. Barbara Bush replied humorously, "You're the one who forced our plane to land here."
Therefore, brethren, stand fast; and hold the traditions which you have learned, whether by word, or by our epistle. 2 Thes 2:15
