SNAP stages "protest" Media nods thoughtlessly

Just blew back into town.  Busy weekend but I'll post more on this later(there's video coverage of the "protest" out there too).

Although there is a dire need for a group like SNAP to help victims, SNAP continue to show their true colors; trial lawyers, propagandists, making sure their next paycheck comes easier and easier. It is becoming obvious they don't want any real reform since they cannot profit from it.  I would happily stand corrected but a move like this means one thing, public pressure to extend the statute of limitations in Wisconsin for lawyers to go sue-crazy(the effort lead by Stevens Point Democrat Julie Lassa) .  That means they close our schools, churches and hospitals to be handsomely compensated.  How could this circus possibly have any other purpose?

SNAP does NOT help victims. They encourage people who have made accusations to do things like hang on to their anger, not heal, not forgive. They continue to drive people into atheism. Trial lawyers pay SNAP to drum up controversy where there is none and to enhance outrage when a situation occurs. These people are anti-Church, anti-victim, anti-human. We need to pray for our flock to be protected against these wolves. Too many people are being re-victimized by their dubious antics.

It was reported that Jeff Anderson, the St. Paul lawyer who has made millions off of filing lawsuits against Catholic dioceses and religious orders is the principal, maybe virtually the only major funder of SNAP. That's where he gets many of his leads it must be assumed.

Virtually all the lawsuits these days involve cases that occurred 20 to 50 or 60 years ago.

It's all about money.
Forget the victims; Jeffrey Anderson is a "snake" and no friend of those who have been victimized.
Suing the Church is just another way of persecution; priests who have violated the innocent children should be put away, period.
But why the millions of dollars?
It's just another form of persecution.
Yeah, bishops and priests have been guilty of all kinds of crimes and cover-ups.
Just compensation is not a violation.
The victims need assistance and help, for sure.
Anyway.
There is more than what meets the eye here when it comes to these lawsuits.
Just my opinion.

About 10 years ago I met Iseley at the doorway to a local church. VERY reasonable guy, very reasonable requests.

That was then.

He's being used, now. In a way, I feel sorry for him.
