Minnesota... next Somolia?

I know law enforcement has had many problems with Somalis.  The drug talked about in this article turns their tongue green and that's how cops check to see if they've been using.  ... I'm not sure I agree with the attack on Target but it is a problem and I never hear talked about in Minnesota.  Remember, this is the state that gave the US Walter Mondale.  There's no telling what kind of measures they will take.  Hopefully better than Europeans.
