Fugitive Brookfield lawyer arrested at Holy Hill

Authorities just announced that Thomas E. Bielinski, a lawyer charged with fraud who failed to appear at a plea hearing Monday, has been arrested.

District Attorney John Chisholm announced that investigators from his office and the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Bielinski without incident after he was located at Holy Hill by the Washington County Sheriff's Department which had gotten a tip about the location.

Chisholm said the arrest took place near the end of a noon-time Mass. Bielinski was was wearing a sheathed knife around his neck, Chisholm said, and is currently being held at the Washington County Jail. He said Bielinski will be transferred to Milwaukee County in a few days.

A lawyer, a priest and a rabbi walk into a bar.  Bartender says, "what is this, a joke?"

Seriously though, was he looking for God's forgiveness?  A desperate man with no place left to go seeks the Marian Shrine.  But why he had a knife at the time isn't explained.  Maybe he was just nuts and I should be more of a skeptic.
