Tridentine Mass @ St. Jerome's in Oconomowoc!
My last post marked the anniversary of the publication of Pope Benedict XVI's landmark document motu proprio Summorum Pontificum. Today marks the anniversary of its effective implementation date.
For that reason I am happy to announce the first Tridentine Mass at St. Jerome's in Oconomowoc on September 25th at 7 pm. The Missa Cantata will be celebrated by Fr. Tom Brundage.
Working alongside the pastor, we hope to begin the process of establishing an organically growing community for those of us in the Lake Country area. Anyone looking to help with singing, serving, or ushering, please message matt@badgercatholic.com to forward to me.
Thank you to St. Jerome's for opening the doors to us. You couldn't be more kind. Thank you, Fr. Brundage, for being so understanding. We are so enthusiastic to have this opportunity. This is truly a gift from Our Lord. It's a great day to be Catholic!
