Laura Antoine, representing Our Lady of Guadalupe of La Crosse, is going to the 2015 World Meeting of Families in Philadelphia, and while there she will see Pope Francis.
"Well it's pretty exciting. It's probably a once in a lifetime chance to do that- his first trip to the United States as Pope, so definitely very exciting."
She will be showcasing the Shrine to the Catholic community. She said, "I think it's important to share our shrine with people from around the world. Even though it feels like it's been in La Crosse forever, we just celebrated our 7th anniversary here, the church being completed."
The Pope will be in Philadelphia September 26th and 27th.
