The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and Chorus say to expect

"A profoundly affecting concert experience, in the magnificence of the Basilica of St. Josaphat."

  1. Snippets of the Requiem are used in various commercials, as are bits and pieces of the Verdi Requiem. If nothing else, those commercial producers are capable of picking up the "mood" in music.

One that has NOT been performed by the MSO & Chorus is the Durufle, which uses the Chant Requiem as its melody. It would be great to hear them perform it.
